  • The ISP 14 is taking shape !

At 11am on Sunday morning the 13th April, a group of young people trolled small-talking through the sunny  but deserted old town of Bern to get to the headquarters of the Swiss National Youth Council (CSAJ/SAJV).

United in the old house by the boarders of the Bernese River, participants to the Intercultural Study Project 2014 (ISP14) worked to prepare the extensive JUNES project this year, dedicated to Global Security Policy. Two preperatory workshops focusing on the Responsibility to Protect (R2P) and State’s Sovereignty will prepare 20 participants for a two weeks long study trip to Kosovo & Serbia. At the meeting in Bern they presented their findings to discuss their future ventures!

In JUNES we are truly excited and proud to have such dedicated members working to enlighten youth on this controversial topic. A topic which has extensive Swiss participantion and important implications for Europe and European youth.

Stay tuned for information on the preperatory workshops, which will be open for all JUNES Members. Unfortunately registrations for the study trip has closed.

The Intercultural Study Project 2014 is organized by JUNES in collaboration with GSUN, the United Nations Association of Switzerland.
